Duties & Responsibilities:
<ul><li>Maintaining compliance with clinical program policies.</li><li>Assure that hiring, disciplinary actions and termination procedures are conducted in accordance with organizational policies and in consultation with Regional HR and CEO.</li><li>Complete and submit monthly PI (Performance Improvement) report and ensure that all deficiencies identified through the performance improvement analysis are addressed with appropriate problem-solving actions.</li><li>Ensure adequate orientation and staff development for all therapy staff.</li><li>Maintain communication and coordination with attending physicians to meet the needs of the program.</li><li>Responsible for coordinating census management activities with the CEO and other members of the leadership team as well as collaborative information gained from community partners.</li><li>Maintain communication and coordination with Medical Director and attending medical/psychiatry clinicians</li><li>Ensure that meeting facilitation and clinical leadership is provided to the multi-disciplinary treatment team, the team meeting structure and its members are active and own the process.</li><li>Ensure that all patients attend all treatment team meetings held unless contraindicated for clinical reasons</li><li>Provide leadership in facilitating the Multi-Disciplinary treatment planning team meetings</li></ul>

Qualifications & Requirements:
<ul><li>Master’s degree in counseling or equivalent master’s degree in a mental health field</li><li>Current State license as a LISW (Licensed Independent Social Worker), LISWCP (Licensed Independent Social Worker – Clinical Practice) Preferred or other equivalent board-certified mental health licensure</li><li>2+ years of experience in facility based mental health program</li><li>Able to problem solve and think critically</li><li>Comfortable with PC and charting electronically Reliable transportation required</li></ul>

Responsibilities:

We will teach you how to build relationships with your clients and let them know that you see them, you hear them, and you are there for them. We will also help you learn their assent behaviors and how to manage assent withdrawal and non-assent behaviors and learn that building that relationship allows you to build cooperation over compliance. We proudly have a partnership with the Do Better Collective; and are also a practicum site for those pursuing further education towards becoming a BCaBA or BCBA.   As an Interventionist/RBT you will work one on one with an autistic individual applying the science of applied behavior analysis; implement programming as directed by the Clinical Manager or Clinical Supervisor (Board-Certified Behavior Analyst or Assistant Behavior Analyst) from the client’s treatment plan. During your session you will collect data using an electronic data collection system on the tablet provided by Meaningful Milestones. You will be able to play games, color, jump on trampolines, sing songs, be silly, and teach your clients new skills and watch them grow and soar!   During your first 90 days, you will need to obtain the Registered Behavior Technician credential through the Behavior Analysis Certification Board (BACB). Here at Meaningful Milestones, we have dedicated support for those walking this path to ensure everyone is confident in their new skills and set up for success in the field.   Pay, benefits, and additional rewards   <ul><li>Start earning PTO on your first day of work    </li></ul><ul><li>$15-20/hour for face-to-face client time, $12/hour for training time        </li></ul><ul><li>Telehealth care with zero co-pay through Healthiest You for employees and their immediate family (General Medical, Mental Health, Dermatology and Nutrition)   </li></ul><ul><li>Supplemental Insurance with (vision, dental, life insurance, accident, cancer policies, and others available)    </li></ul><ul><li>Earn recognition points to cash in for reinforcement (gift cards/textbooks/books/day off, etc.)    </li></ul><ul><li>8 paid Holiday days (closed week between Christmas and New Years with Christmas Eve, Day and New Years Day as paid days pending session schedules)     </li></ul><ul><li>Mileage between clients    </li></ul><ul><li>Electronic Equipment provided    </li></ul>Duties and Responsibilities    <ul><li>Implement programming as identified on individual client treatment plans as directed by the BCBA or BCaBA     </li></ul><ul><li>Receive and implement direction provided by BCBA or BCaBA while working with a client.    </li></ul><ul><li>Complete accurate documentation of client specific goals with daily data collection via Motivity or other methods in emergency situations.    </li></ul><ul><li>Accurately complete session notes in Motivity and obtain signatures from parents.    </li></ul><ul><li>Provide at least 15 clinical direct support hours to clients in home, school, or community-based programs.    </li></ul><ul><li>Develop and maintain appropriate professional boundaries with clients, families, and coworkers.    </li></ul><ul><li> Must be able to assume and maintain a variety of postures (kneeling, squatting, crawling, sitting, standing) for extended periods of time     </li></ul><ul><li>Must be able to sit on the floor or stand   </li></ul><ul><li>Most importantly, have fun, be silly, be creative, be you!    </li></ul>Requirements/Qualifications     <ul><li>RBT Certification preferred but not required at hiring    </li></ul><ul><li>If no RBT Certification, must complete certification process within 90 days from hire date    </li></ul><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree preferred, but high school diploma required    </li></ul><ul><li>Valid state driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and insurance     </li></ul><ul><li>Able to perform basic math functions    </li></ul><ul><li>Flexible, Compassionate, energetic, and hard working     </li></ul><ul><li>Good Time Management and Organization skills     </li></ul><ul><li>BLS or CPR/FA required     </li></ul>Our interview and hiring process begins as soon as you apply! If we think we are a good fit for you, we will schedule a phone screen. After the phone screen, if we believe we are still a good fit an interview will be scheduled with members of our clinical team.
