Overview: Under the direction of the Director or designee, provides leadership and technical expertise, coordinates workflow, manages staff scheduling and payroll functions, and performs training and quality activities. Three (3) or more years in a clinical laboratory, preferably blood banking environment including one (1) or more years’ experience in supervision and management experience or an equivalent combination of education, certification, training, and/or experience.
