Responsibilities: Assessment of outcome trends related to oncology nursing practice Assess knowledge, skill and practice competencies of nurses, social workers and navigators Assess and evaluates practice patterns, therapeutic approaches, equipment, and other patient care products Monitors nursing practice, identifies weakness and strengths Plans strategies to overcome barriers to quality oncology nursing practice.
