The Clinical Manager provides clinical and operational leadership for a multi-site program delivering integrated behavioral health services within housing and community-based settings. Under the direction of the Clinical Services Director (CSD), the Clinical Nurse Manager organizes and directs the day-to-day operations within the clinic, oversees the clinic staff, and carefully coordinates clinic workflows to ensure effective clinical services are provided. Ensure nursing and clinic staff deliver and correctly document interventions as agreed upon in participants' care plans, including but not limited to promptly and accurately responding to physician orders, completing assessments, , and actively participating in care planning for all assigned participants . ul class="list-disc pl-8">Team Supervision: Hire, retain, coach, develop, and supervise RN Case Managers, Clinic RNs, Medical Assistants (MAs), and other clinic team members, actively fostering an engaged and healthy workforce. Leadership Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience successfully overseeing an ambulatory clinic operation (including RN, LVN, and MA staff) OR equivalent nursing leadership experience within a high-volume, outpatient setting. li>Coordinate Services with the Adult/Child psychiatrist, team members, primary care and specialist physicians, legal representatives/guardians, County Department of Behavioral Health-(Mental Health and Drug and Alcohol) staff, and other community services/organizations to ensure clients access to services and the quality of service delivery system. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; strong analytical and problem-solving skills; demonstrated ability to foster consensus and teamwork; strong organizational skills (ability to prioritize, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines).
