CTL is responsible for the overall leadership and strategic planning of nursing and ancillary services within the medical department including, but not limited to, personnel, maintaining budgets, coordinating off-site services, and navigating operations regarding pharmacy, medical services, and mental health services. CTL is responsible for developing and leading a team by providing ongoing leadership, supervision, and feedback with all staff, including weekly touchpoints, coaching, counseling, and disciplining.
