The primary purpose of the Program Coordinator is to provide efficient and courteous registration, transfer and discharge of patients of the serious mental illness intensive outpatient program within established policies and procedures. If transportation is offered by the hospital, the Program Coordinator will drive the designated vehicle to and from assigned destinations to pick up and deliver patients and/or supplies and may be required to assist patients in and out of vehicles. Complete timely patient follow-up tasks Create invoices and receive payments Answer questions about our products and services, including helping strategically guide clients on which services they should book based on their concerns Schedule and reschedule appointments Respond to any client concerns with empathy and a customer-service mindset prior to forwarding the issue to be handled by management Contact clients overdue for appointments to help schedule their services Send and process electronic medical consent forms to clients coming in for services Prioritize daily tasks Properly communicate with the entire team regarding patient encounters Take on tasks that promote business development. 2-3 yrs work experience in related field Highly developed interpersonal skills Experience in plastic surgery, dermatology, medical spa Strong computer skills . |
