The candidate will be overseeing Real Estate and Construction site inspections and assessments including Property Condition Assessments, Construction Plan and Cost Reviews, Construction Loan Monitoring, and Probable Maximum Loss studies (seismic assessments) of multi-family, office, retail and industrial properties.
