The Executive Director is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the community, achieving and maintaining maximum occupancy of the community to capacity, achieving high resident satisfaction and quality resident care/services, ensuring compliance with applicable state and federal requirements, generating respect in the community for the community, ensuring smooth operation of the community, and generating the projected profit for the company. Promote and maintain positive relations with residents and their families, providing the necessary Executive Director/resident contact, including but not limited to, service plans (if applicable) and dining room interaction while addressing resident concerns appropriately.
