Unless otherwise approved by the VA any SCS (who meets the 5 years' general experience requirement) who will be specializing in construction/AE requirements must also have the following experience: (1) 3 years of experience in developing AE solicitations and administrating AE contracts and modifications; (2) 3 years of experience developing construction solicitations and administering construction contracts and modifications.
