What You'll Be Doing

Your day is hands-on and high-impact. You'll lead HVAC installs, guide installers, technicians, and apprentices, and make sure every job is done to company standards and safety guidelines.

You'll read the job, work the plan, solve problems when things get messy, and keep the install moving. You'll also talk with customers, explain their systems clearly, and make sure they feel taken care of.

This role matters because people will know what to expect from your jobs. If you do your best work, show others you care, and lead the right way, you'll be the HVAC Lead Installer people trust, respect, and want to work with.

Who We're Looking For

You'll do well here if you're a skilled HVAC leader who takes pride in the work, communicates well, and wants to keep learning. You care about doing the right thing, even when it's harder.

  • You have a high school diploma.
  • Post-secondary HVAC training is highly beneficial.
  • Apprenticeship experience is advantageous.
  • You hold EPA Section 608 Technician Certification for handling refrigerants.
  • You can install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems.
  • You can read construction drawings and blueprints.
  • You know how to lead a team, delegate work, and hold the line on quality and safety.
  • You can speak with customers professionally and explain systems clearly.
  • You're a strong problem-solver who can keep projects on track.
  • This is not for someone who resists training, struggles with teamwork, or doesn't care about standards.
