Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Monitors to ensure that the administrative team is participating in management team meetings and grand rounds and regularly conducting morning huddles to support the delivery of quality care, as evidenced by adequate services and staff coverage; participates in meetings, as needed. Supports the organization with all Patient Center Medical Home (PCMH) measures; works with Information Technology Department to gather all reports, documents and data needed to fulfill grant requirements and ensures that all workflows and policies are followed.
