Minimum Position Requirements: Licensed as a Registered Nurse by the state of Idaho or state licensure as a Registered Nurse pursuant to the Nurse Licensure Compact, Idaho Code 54-1418, in one of the following compact states: Arizona, Arkansas, Colorado, Delaware, Iowa, Kentucky, Maine, Maryland, Mississippi, Missouri, Nebraska, New Hampshire, New Mexico, North Carolina, North Dakota, Rhode Island, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, or Wisconsin. Coordinate healthcare services, education, and clinical operations by arranging off-site medical appointments, providing health education and staff training, maintaining medical supplies and equipment, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to support the health and safety of youth in custody.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Knows, understands, incorporates, and demonstrates the Organization's Mission, Vision, and Values in behaviors, practices, and decisions Knows bed availability on all care units of the medical center and coordinate placement of all inpatients in an appropriate location. Monitors the overall capacity status of the medical center and coordinates interventions to ensure smooth functioning during periods of peak census, limited staffing or services and other factors that could influence admission patterns.
