Required: Full physical mobility (standing, stooping, kneeling, reaching, running, pushing, pulling) for managing student behaviors; ability to lift 50 pounds with proper technique; fine motor skills; effective oral communication; visual acuity; and comprehension of written instructions. Demonstrated capability and readiness to interact with children who exhibit challenging behaviors, such as, but not limited to, aggressive physical actions (e.g., punching, kicking, biting), property disruption (e.g., throwing objects), and non-compliant behaviors (e.g., spitting, inappropriate elimination, scratching).
