JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: + Monitors, evaluates, and enhances Emory's benefits and compensation programs and gains approval and acceptance for implementation + Oversees compliance of plans, policies, procedures, and programs to include monitoring legislation before enacted, assessing and recommending responses, and implementing changes, as necessary + Ensures overall delivery of consistent, accurate, timely, effective, and efficient administration, advice, and services + Drives system and process efficiencies, data security and integrity, and proper adherence to budgets.
