p>Job Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree, required • Master's degree, preferred • Previous experience with manual therapy, preferred • Must communicate effectively with all types of people, and establish and maintain a strong working relationship with students, parents, alumni, faculty, staff and other college personnel • Must have the ability to work responsibly with minimal supervision • NATA BOC certified • State of TN Athletic Trainer license eligible • CPR/AED Certified. The responsibilities include the complete spectrum of medical care (physical and mental) of student-athletes including but not limited to injury reduction, coverage of events, evaluation/assessment, referral to directing physicians, treatment, rehabilitation of injuries, illnesses and return to activity protocols.
