Travel 10% or more (domestic and international) Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college Minimum of 10 years of experience with software development and/or hardware development and/or systems development Minimum of 5 years of experience with RTCA/DO-254 and/or DO-178B/C and/or ARP4754A This position requires U.S. citizenship status Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a STEM field (Science, Technology, Engineering, Math) 10+ years of direct design experience with ASIC, FPGA, and CPLD technologies 10+ years of experience with regulatory compliance related to RTCA/DO-254, DO-178B/C, and ARP4754A in safety-critical applications, including a strong understanding of the differences between RTCA/DO-178 and RTCA/DO-254 practices Direct DER and/or ODA unit member experience Strong oral and communications skills Strong interpersonal, leadership, and conflict resolution skills Ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organization This role requires access to U.S. export-controlled information. This includes civil regulations (RTCA/DO-254, DO-178C, and/or ARP4754A, Advisory Circulars, Issue Papers, CRIs, CFR, CS, CAR, CAAC, etc.) involving Intellectual Property, commercial integrated devices, commercial subassemblies, and circuit board assemblies.
