Responsible for all project planning documents including but not limited to scope management plan, schedule management plan, cost management plan, quality management plan, resource management plan, communications management plan, risk management plan, procurement management plan, change management plan, scope baseline, schedule baseline, cost baseline, and the performance measurement baseline. Further, the PM III or Senior Project Manager is responsible for preparing estimates and bids for large scale EPC projects, project schedule management, overall planning and management of the entire project life cycle, procurement/purchasing, scope definition and change management, and accurately managing financials including P&L for assigned projects.
