This role requires deep involvement in day-to-day operations, including transaction-level tax determinations for telecommunications services, as well as assisting the Tax Director with income tax provision and compliance, as needed. Oversee and review multi-state sales and use tax returns prepared by external providers, including telecom-specific taxes and surcharges (e.g., communications taxes, USF, PUC fees, etc.).
