The Labor & Delivery unit operates 12 beds with 4 overflow beds, 3 ORs, 2 triage beds, and a 4-bed PACU, supporting approximately 300 births per month and around 3,500 annually. This leader is responsible for the day-to-day planning, organizing, staffing, and operational direction of the unit, ensuring safe and effective care delivery across a high-volume service line.

Working collaboratively with the leadership team, this role plays a key part in developing and implementing policies, procedures, and operational plans that support safe, patient-centered care.
