WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
The Resident Care Associate (RCA) is responsible for providing general non-certified routine services in accordance with the established procedures and may be directed by your supervisors.  This role is intended for candidates interested in pursuing training to become a Certified Nursing Assistant (C.N.A). Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Assists with housekeeping and laundry services including but not limited to, trash removal and making and changing unoccupied beds.</li><li>Assists with all aspects of meal service including but not limited to, transportation of residents to and from dining room, tray delivery, and ensuring great dining experience.</li><li>Provides great customer service, companionship, and communication with our residents by answering call lights in a timely manner, checking in with residents frequently and assisting with engagement in activities.</li><li>Assists with personal care responsibilities according to state regulatory guidelines.</li><li>Attends and participates in a training program leading to certification as a Nursing Assistant (C.N.A).</li></ul>Qualifications  <ul><li>High School Diploma or GED/HSE preferred</li><li>0-1 Years of relevant experience preferred</li></ul>
