Maintain and comply with all HIPPA guidelines and Happiness Bag, Inc. policies and procedures regarding privacy and confidentiality;
Work with and support the employees leading activities to ensure that the participants are as active and involved as they possibly can be in the activity;
Provide daily documentation, goal tracking, general notes, etc. in assigned participant files and participant "travel" journals;
Assist in the proper and (age) appropriate implementation of the Agency behavior modification program, as well as follow the plans established by the participant's individual Behavior Management Specialist, when applicable.
