Caregiver Full-Time

We're looking for compassionate caregivers to join a friendly, supportive team providing personalized assistance, companionship, and everyday encouragement to older adults in the comfort of their own homes. Your local Always Best Care team will be helping families throughout Seattle, Eastside, and surrounding communities, providing non-medical in-home care, independent and assisted living referral services.

Daytime: Caregiver

Assist with lifting, turning, moving, positioning, and transporting residents into and out of beds, chairs, bathtubs, wheelchairs, lifts, etc. The primary purpose of your job position is to provide each of your assigned residents with routine daily care and services in accordance with the residents assessment and care plan, and as may be directed by your supervisors.

Caregiver/HCA with Weekly Pay

You may help launch a new client, introduce and coach caregivers, complete a quality visit, provide emergency caregiving coverage, assist with scheduling, or help in the office when another team member is out. We are looking for someone who can confidently walk into a new client’s home, help a caregiver succeed, recognize when something needs attention, communicate effectively with the office, and step in when plans change.
