Primary Duties in Offender Service include, but are not limited to: Position is responsible for providing technical and administrative support to one or more work units; Assists administrators and other professionals within the work unit; Ensure professional customer service is provided to the stakeholders of Colorado which includes exemplary responsiveness; Provides technical support to assist Courts and District Attorneys for the support of video court hearings; Schedules and coordinates non DOC/ DOC filed and out-of state phone video court hearings updated accurately and appropriately on the designated spreadsheets; Position establishes general office and administrative operations to accomplish the work flow routine, creating and revising office procedures.
