The Certified Counselor is responsible for providing comprehensive clinical and coordination services, including but not limited to: Conduct client admissions by completing initial assessments, reviewing vitals, UDS results, preliminary diagnoses, and ASAM criteria in compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations. This position conducts client admissions, facilitates care coordination, maintains strong community partnerships, and supports clients throughout treatment and transition planning.
