This position works closely with the Medical Team, Clinic Director, Medical Assistants, Patient Services, Behavioral Health, Pharmacy, Care Coordination, and Quality Improvement staff to support safe, effective, and patient-centered care. This role supports access to timely care, continuity of services, accurate documentation, and whole-person care for the Native and non-Native communities served by The NATIVE Project.
