This exciting role is a fast-paced healthcare provider support role, intended to foster a positive provider experience by leading a team with the responsibility of performing contract loads, demographic updates and batch provider loads. The Senior Manager, Provider Data Services role requires the ability to demonstrate independent judgement and authority while commonly setting direction and leading through ambiguous situations.
ul>At least 5 years of experience in network contracting with large specialty or multispecialty provider groups, and at least 3 years experience in provider contract negotiations in a managed health care setting ideally negotiating different provider contract types (i.e. physician/group/hospital), or equivalent combination of relevant education and experience. In conjunction with contracting leadership, negotiates complex provider contracts including high-priority physician group and facility contracts using preferred, acceptable, discouraged, unacceptable (PADU) guidelines (emphasis on number or percentage of membership in value-based relationship contracts).
2+ years of experience in working with diverse populations, including, but not limited to, people who hold any one or mix of the following identities and/or circumstances: low income, unhoused, Black, Indigenous, person of color, lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer, questioning, intersex, asexual, gender non-conforming, two-spirit, immigrant, disabled, neurodivergent, recovering, and/or using substances. Under the clinical supervision of the Medical Director, provide medical care to patients with a primary focus on HIV care and prevention, Hepatitis C treatment, and STD/STI treatment, plus other needed care including chronic disease management, sexual and reproductive health care, and gender affirming services.

The Senior Provider Behavioral Health Consultant (LPC-S or LCSW-S) will provide consultation services to providers, such as pediatricians, family medicine physicians, OB/GYN physicians, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, and/or midwives needing assistance with patient behavioral health concerns, psychiatric consultation, behavioral management plans, or resources with the goal of increasing access to mental health services for mothers, children, and adolescents. The Child Psychiatry Access Network (CPAN) and the Perinatal Psychiatry Access Network (PeriPAN) are an interdisciplinary clinical services program intended to offer primary care clinic providers and OBGYNs prompt access to on-call psychiatrists to provide expertise in assessment, treatment, and referrals for pediatric and/or perinatal patients identified as having a mental health challenge.
p>• University degree with excellent academic record required; advanced degree preferred • 5+ years of professional experience in a hospital/clinical setting or direct provider consulting environment • Interest in procurement topics (medical/surgical supplies, pharmacy, purchased services), clinical operations (reducing length of stay, increasing throughput) and workforce management (optimizing composition of clinical and non-clinical labor); open to backgrounds working for GPOs, pharmacy companies, medical device companies and/or healthcare consultancies • Deep interest and skillset in analytics and a passion for improving the way hospitals source and utilize external spend areas from supplies to pharmaceuticals to purchased services • Experience and appetite in analytics and quantitative/data analysis ideally in the health care sector • High level of entrepreneurship, professionalism and presence to succeed in a team-based setting on the ground with clients • Interest in hand's-on change management and operational implementation involving multiple stakeholders across a hospital organization • Sound problem-solving skills; ability to quickly process complex information and present it clearly and simply during change transformation efforts with clients • Comfortable traveling to client sites, up to 60-70% of time traveling. You will be actively engaged with front-line client teams involved in helping hospitals implement operational improvements and organizational enhancements that boost cost effectiveness and improve quality of care for patients.
