ul>Acts as an integral member of the surgical service for patients on the surgical service from inpatient services (both the ICU and the convalescent wards) to outpatient settings to include the following: conducting history and physical exams, ordering and interpreting lab tests, prescribing medications, developing and monitoring patient treatment plans, making appropriate referrals to other specialists, and prescribing and ordering appropriate treatment modalities.
Performs minor procedures, including but not limited to: peripheral IV access, central venous access, PICC line placement, repair of lacerations, incision/drainage/washout/debridement of wounds, tube thoracostomy, tracheostomy changes, arterial catheter placement, removal of drains/sutures/staples, placement and removal of N-G tubes/N-D tubes/foley catheters, and assisting with surgery consistent with institutional processes.

BCBA and Master's Level Therapists will conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, supervise and mentor paraprofessional and support staff, and collaborate with families and school staff to ensure consistent, quality care. Providers have opportunities to exercise their clinical skills in a variety of work environemnts to include office-based therapy, home-based care, school consultation, and even virtual supports.
Strong working In-depth knowledge and understanding of managed care concepts and the financial relationship between payers and providers; solid knowledge of health care claims data, coding schemes (ICD-9/ICD-10, CPT/HCPCS, DRGs), and health status risk adjustment. Reporting to the Vice President of Network and Provider Performance Management, the Director of Network and Provider Analytics plays a strategic leadership role with the Provider Partnerships organization.
This highly visible role will play a critical role in developing and maintaining key provider relationships while serving as the primary point of contact for resolving escalated provider issues that may impact provider satisfaction and/or overall Point32Health business strategy. Requires excellent diplomacy, oral and written communication skills as well as the ability to maintain strong working relationships with internal/external senior leadership teams, revenue cycle teams, facilities, physicians, physician reviewers, administrators, and assistants.
