Invasive hemodynamic monitoring, titration of vasoactive IV medications, post-op recovery care, CRRT, ECMO, Impella, IABP, Heartmate, Heartware Special Procedures/Unit Details : Provide oversight for circulatory assist devices to include: include Heartmate II and Heartmate III LVAD, CentriMag RVAD/LVAD, Heartware HVAD, Extracorporeal Membrane Oxygenation, Continuous Renal Replacement Therapy, Intra-Aortic Balloon Pump, and the Total Artificial HeartRequired skills/experience (at least 3's on the skills checklist):CRRTIABPRecover post-op cardio-thoracic surgeryECMOLevel I trauma experience and academic facility experienceInvasive hemodynamic monitoringWill consider surgical trauma ICU nurses if they have level I trauma experience, academic facility experience and are very strong in the above skills.
