The organization is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Primary Care Physician to join its growing outpatient primary care team in Naugatuck, Connecticut .
Working with a care team that includes Leukemia Attending Physicians, Hematology/Oncology Fellows, Clinical Pharmacists, Care Coordinators, Social Workers, and a dedicated Oncology Nursing Staff, you will help develop, coordinate, and deliver the daily care plan. The Herbert Irving Comprehensive Cancer Center at NewYork-Presbyterian/Columbia University Medical Center has embodied the highest level of oncology research and care for over 70 years.

The Wound Care Coordinator provides evidence-based practice that incorporates a unique body of knowledge to provide excellence in prevention, health maintenance, therapeutic intervention, rehabilitative and palliative nursing care to persons with select disorders of the gastrointestinal, genitourinary, and integumentary systems. Hackensack Meridian Health nurses care for patients and their families at every stage of life, 24 hours a day, at bedsides in 9 community hospitals, 4 academic medical centers, a behavioral health hospital, 2 children's hospitals, 2 rehabilitation hospitals, medical offices, and care facilities across the state.
