Level I: Associate's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering AND Four (4) plus years of operational technology or real time systems experience with responsibilities related to system administration, such as system hardening, patch management, configuration management, incident response, or backup/recovery. Additional responsibilities include implementation and management of infrastructure tools to provide system configuration consistency, development of processes and documentation to support systems management activities, participating in the Change Management Program, and collection of necessary evidence for NERC CIP compliance.
