Responsibilities include developing individual rehabilitation plans, counseling consumers on job and career development goals, providing on-site job coaching or assistive devices, approving, purchasing, and monitoring the quality of goods and services, and consulting and coaching Workforce partners, community rehabilitation providers, businesses, and other stakeholders on serving individuals with disabilities. Meet minimum qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a field of study reasonably related to vocational rehabilitation counseling, disability studies, human services, business administration, special education, psychology, or communications, or another field that reasonably prepares individuals to work with consumers and employers.
