p>Preferred Qualifications: • HR experience supporting industrial and/or operation organizations is an advantage but not required • Comfortable working in a matrixed, growth-oriented corporate environment • Ability to work in a matrix HR model - influencing and partnering with COE and HR operational partners • Demonstrated ability to deal with highly complex business challenges, both urgent short-term issues and long-term strategic items in the highly competitive medical device sales ecosystem • Sound HR judgement with ability to advise business leaders and help them find solutions in all areas of HR - Talent Acquisition, Talent Development, Talent Analytics & Insights, Employee Relations, Compensation, Culture & Engagement • Strong execution skills • Able to work with a fast-paced and dynamic client group • Experience with developing and implementing talent management strategies, running succession planning and talent review meetings, following up as needed on individual actions • Has worked on creating engagement and retention strategies and plans with successful deployment and relentless follow-through to ensure successful outcomes • Strong commitment to defining and delivering diversity and inclusion strategies • Thrives in a team-oriented, high-demand and high-performance culture • Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment with a focus on agility and customer-focus • Able to analyze HR data and extract insights which will influence leaders and help them run their business effectively • Strong communication and influencing skills, able to push back on leaders when needed.
This role will also serve as the HR Site Leader for the Cypress, CA campus - working with the top-level site leaders across functions to ensure a solid people and local culture strategy that reinforces the global Diasorin culture while ensuring local employee engagement and being recognized in the local community as an employer of choice.
