Consult with clients, other HRBPs, and HR partner groups (people analytics, recruiting, compensation, tech talent, AR, diversity & inclusion) to effectively execute on people strategy, HR processes, and reporting ⢠Partner with clients to build effective relationships, effectively manage stakeholders, and understand business imperatives to effectively execute on HR solutions that are aligned to the business needs ⢠Consult with associates, managers, and HR partners who require assistance on HR-related issues ⢠Coach people managers on situations including general leadership skills (leveraging Capital One's Include/Empower/Inspire framework), org design, performance concerns. ⢠Responsible for providing strategic consulting and workforce planning to client groups within [client group] and delivering an HR strategy that is aligned with the business needs ⢠Support the planning and delivery of core HR processes ranging from performance & talent management, leadership development, to change management and organizational design (including spans and layers work) ⢠Support senior leaders on key areas such as building an inclusive and diverse team, creating a culture of belonging, and acting as a sounding board for all associates to encourage cross-pollination, collaboration, and high performance.
