p>Responsibilities include: A full cycle recruiting program to include developing job announcements, reviewing interview documents for compliance with established selection policy and procedures, reviewing employment applications to determine if applicants meet the qualifications of the position, referring applicants for interviews, completing reference checks, assisting with starting pay compensation/classification determinations, attending job fairs, processing new-hire paperwork, and maintaining accurate recruitment files in compliance with SVMHI, DBHDS, Federal, and State policies.
