The team will initially focus on Patient Flow functionality, including Prelude (registration), ADT Grand Central, Patient Registration, Billing, Referrals, Work Queues, Letters/Documents, Hello World, Appointment Reminders, Welcome/Kiosk, DAR/BCAs, Co-pays, Real Time Eligibility, Department Build, and management of incidents, enhancements, tasks, and demands not related to Cadence Scheduling or Ticket Scheduling. Position Summary: To enhance operational alignment and ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery, Emplify Health is establishing a dedicated Patient Flow Solutions Team within IT Digital Services (ITDS).
