Thorough understanding of common quality, food safety, and problem-solving tools including Control Plans, SPC (Statistical Process Control), Process Capability, Pareto charts, Histograms, Gauge R&R, FMEA, HACCP, GMP's, Continuous Improvement and Lean Six Sigma principles. Collaborate with other members of the Corporate Quality team as well as the company's Manufacturing, Engineering, and Technical Service divisions to develop and implement system improvements, strategic plans, process changes, studies and projects.
