p>Prospect and develop new business opportunities, while leveraging your existing business relationships, to sell our SmartComm Suite of Voice, UCaaS, VoIP, Internet, Network Connectivity, and related communication solutions Build pipeline through outbound outreach, networking, referrals, and business development activity Conduct discovery around customer environments, contract status, communication pain points, growth plans, and operational needs Recommend and present solutions aligned to customer goals, budget, and business requirements Coordinate with internal teams and vendor/carrier resources to develop proposals, pricing, and implementation expectations Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation through close and handoff to our Service Launch Team Maintain accurate CRM data, opportunity tracking, and forecast updates Stay current on market trends, carrier offerings, competitive positioning, and customer buying behavior Consistently achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals. 2+ years of B2B sales experience in telecom, carrier services, VoIP, UCaaS, connectivity, internet, or related technology sales Proven track record of prospecting and closing new business Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and follow-up skills Ability to manage multiple active opportunities at once Professional presence with executives and business stakeholders Experience using CRM and quoting tools effectively Competitive mindset and consistent sales discipline.
