Sponsler Automotive is looking for TWO Business Development Representatives (BDC) to join our growing team helping to ensure all stores within our auto group are successful.
In this role, you will communicate with customers who have expressed interest in a vehicle online or by phone, answer questions, gather information, and schedule dealership appointments. You will also assist our sales managers with initial deal information and appointment preparation to ensure customers have a smooth buying experience when they arrive.
This position is perfect for someone who enjoys talking with customers, staying organized, and working in a fast-paced environment.
