div>• Must hold a valid driver’s license, insurable drivers record according to the YMCA’s insurance carriers, and have reliable transportation to travel for business meetings, training events, YMCA site visits, vendors, and suppliers, etc.
• 2 year of related experience with competition experience required.
• Must obtain the YMCA Swim Coach Certification and USA Swimming Coach Certification with annual renewal required.
• Must have knowledge of competitive stroke, starts, and turns. A 2-year college degree in Physical
Education/Exercise Science/related field or applicable experience is preferred.
• Certification requirements include CPR/AED for the Professional Rescuer, First Aid, and may be required to hold current YMCA Lifeguard certification (or hold a valid American Safety and Health (ASHI) Lifeguard certification and attend YMCA Crossover with 90 days of employment).
