MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIESLead and manage business valuation engagements from planning through final delivery; Supervise, mentor, and review the work of analysts and senior analysts; Apply advanced valuation methodologies, including asset, income, and market approaches, with appropriate selection and justification; Develop, review, and finalize valuation models, projections, and reports that are accurate, supportable and defensible; Analyze financial statements, tax returns, and other financial data to support conclusions; Perform and review discount analyses, including lack of control and lack of marketability; Utilize industry research and transaction databases to support valuation positions'.
