As an Administrative Assistant, you would be asked to assist office teammates and all customers by handling office tasks, polite and professional communications via email and phone, dispatching-assisting with scheduling a team to the customers location to assess the work that would need to be complete, and generally being a helpful and positive presence in the workplace.
