Responsibilities Weekly data management across all clients and resources Consolidating and integrating reports across multiple sources Providing accurate daily and weekly reporting to stakeholders of all levels Bringing analytical rigor and precision to all reporting deliverables Providing insights into trends and seasonality Applying analytical curiosity and AI tools across all tasks Identifying opportunities to automate analyses and drive process improvements and efficiencies Partnering with resource and operations managers to understand variances in projects and staffing Managing deadlines and communicating issues, concerns, and questions in a timely manner Working extended hours, including weekends, as required Performing all other duties as assigned Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Finance, Economics, Business Administration or another quantitative discipline Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel for data manipulation, analysis, charting, and automation Demonstrated ability to aggregate, clean, and parse large datasets Experience presenting data insights across multiple levels of an organization Experience using AI tools for analysis and within Microsoft Office tools Experience in process management and improvement Intellectual curiosity and forward-thinking approach to all tasks Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively Proven problem-solving and critical thinking skills Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to identify errors or conflict in data feeds and provide thoughtful solutions Prior experience in consulting or advertising in an analytics or operations role is a plus Additional information Our Publicis Groupe motto "Viva La Différence" means we're better together, and we believe that our differences make us stronger.
