Assist with identifying maintenance issues and performing repairs, including but not limited to: Roof and wall repairs Repairing or replacing doors, frames, and hardware Patching and repairing sheetrock Installing acoustic ceiling grids and tiles Installing flooring materials such as carpet tile, VCT, ceramic tile, and rubber base GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES: Maintain warehouse, shop areas, and service vehicles in a clean, stocked, and organized condition. REQUIRED, KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES: Must be able to read, interpret, and follow construction drawings and follow verbal instructions related to construction General computer proficiency in word, excel, electronic work order preferred Problem-solving skills, organization skills, the ability to multi-task and prioritize daily emergencies, plan long term project timelines, and communicate decisions clearly and effectively in a timely manner.
