The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting a wide range of preventive and corrective maintenance tasks across various building systems, ensuring operational efficiency and a safe environment for our clients. What You'll Do: Perform comprehensive preventive and corrective maintenance on facility mechanical, electrical, and other installed building systems, equipment, and infrastructure across a portfolio of nine clinical office sites.
li>Receives, stores, and pulls/distributes tires by performing the following duties: Receive tires and items, either by hand or by using forklifts, scissor-lifts, clapper attachment, dolly, or motorized cart . Frequently sit and stand to perform work, visit locations, load and unload trucks, use hand trucks, lift tires and parts, pack boxes, or put materials together.

Assembly: Install and assemble major truck components, including cranes, axles, and chassis accessories (toolboxes, chock holders, cone holders, etc.) using hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment. Upfitting: Customize trucks with specialized equipment such as PTOs, hydraulic systems, toolboxes, and custom bodies (dump beds, flatbeds) according to blueprints, schematics, and customer specifications.

Credentialed as a Veterinary Technician (CVT, RVT, LVT, LVMT) in the state the VEG practice is located is required; VTS in ECC, internal medicine or anesthesia/analgesia is a plus and will lead to extra considerations in compensation.
