Closely Monitors, Identifies and Communicates problems in every phase of General Maintenance of the Mechanical Infrastructure, and oversees and delegates the work including areas of Carpentry, Electrical Work, HVAC, Plumbing, Mechanical, Painting, Flooring, Patching, General Hardware, other Minor Building Repairs and Cleanliness, this is not a comprehensive list and only highlights some but not all of the plethora of duties within the community. Not all duties assigned to every position are included, nor is it expected that all positions will be assigned every duty Supervise the performance, operations, and maintenance of all, mechanical, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, fire life safety and critical systems back-up ensuring operation within design capabilities are achieving proper environmental conditions prescribed by building management.
