While performing the functions of this job, the employee may be required to regularly stand, walk, sit, talk or hear, drive vehicle short and/or long distances, use hands to finger, handle, or feel, talk or hear; occasionally climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl, utilize hand tools such as sledgehammers, shovels, and picks lift and/or move up to 25 pounds with or without assistance; frequently reach with hands and arms. Operationally, the Building Envelope Consultant will assist in client development and project duties, ranging from building envelope observations and reports, building envelope condition surveys, building envelope system design, and production of construction drawings, details, and technical specifications.
