You will make an impact by:Provides expert analysis on plant financials in order to improve the results of the organizationDrives implementation of digital solutions for plantPerforms and supports inventory management (including inventory reserve preparation) and cycle count processProvides financial reporting and variance analysis to both local and HQ management teamsHandles Ad hoc reporting for Controller, Plant Manager, Continues Improvement Teams (CIP) and other local management teamsActs as an advisor that troubleshoots and resolves complex problems within multi-departments and/or cross-functional areasSupports forecasting and budgeting process as well as CAPEX controllingSupports Month-end & ongoing reporting including: PUMA/Productivity, P&L, Balance Sheet, Capital Spending (CAPEX), Inventory, Reserves, Warranty, and Journal EntriesPerform costing activities for new products, BOM revisions, and quoting for Product Management TeamYou'll win us over by having the following qualifications:Basic qualifications:Bachelor's degree or higher in either Finance or Accounting3+ experience in cost and variance analysis and inventory controlsPreferred qualifications:In-depth understanding of Cost Accounting and Bill of Material setupExperience in inventory controls and managementExperience in Variance Analysis and Financial ReportingIntermediate proficiency with Microsoft Excel (e.g. V-lookups, Pivot tables etc.)Basic understanding of Microsoft products (Outlook, Teams, Word, and PowerPoint)Knowledge of Tableau, Knime/Alteryx, SnowflakeSAP experience-Intermediate levelIntermediate Leadership skillsIn-depth understanding of Accounting/Finance conceptsAbout Siemens:We are a global technology company focused on industry, infrastructure, transport, and healthcare.
