p>We are now expanding our brand team and looking for a passionate Brand Manager who lives and breathes video games—especially live-service titles—and understands how to scale a game’s presence throughout its lifecycle. With a deep love for anime, gaming culture, and digital fandom, we specialize in content strategy, live-ops marketing, influencer activations, and cross-cultural storytelling across the US and Japan.

Strong brand strategy capabilities, including portfolio development and building equity • Proven ability to collaborate and lead in a matrixed organization • Strong analytical skills with experience in driving the P&L and delivering results based on syndicated data (Circana experience preferred) and consumer insights • General management mindset with experience managing brand financials, forecasts, and budgets • Fluency in brand, commercial, and campaign performance metrics (e.g., household penetration, velocity, share, ROAS). • Leading the business analysis for segment(s) of responsibility, demonstrating strong command of key growth and share drivers including pricing/counts, packaging, claims, competition, consumer profile, consumption, profitability, etc., with a bias for driving action to optimize results.
