p>5+ years of leadership experience in restoration, construction, or a related service-based industry Strong understanding of restoration operations, including mitigation and reconstruction estimating (Xactimate preferred) Experience with project management, business development, and customer service in a fast-paced environment Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop high-performing teams Strong communication, problem-solving, and situational leadership skills Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously Solid financial acumen, including the ability to read and manage financial statements, budgets, and performance metrics Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and ability to learn and operate industry systems (RMS, Xactimate) Professional, composed under pressure, and able to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
