p>Key Responsibilities: Conduct in-house assays including ELISA, Flow Cytometry, BLI, and Western blots for antibody discovery and characterization Perform Quality Control (QC) testing including endotoxin, mycoplasma, SEC, and SDS-PAGE Analyze assay data and provide technical insight Ensure compliance with the quality management system during testing and validation Collaborate across teams to meet client project deadlines Perform mammalian cell culture tasks for Flow assays, cell banks, and lysate preparation.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with binding kinetics platforms (e.g., BLI/Octet; SPR an asset) Familiarity with automated systems, including microfluidics and automated pipetting systems Experience with mammalian cell culture, including primary cultures, adherent and suspension cells Practical skills in cell culture maintenance, including media preparation, freezing/thawing, and preparing cells for staining.
